Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Carrots cut into chunks
- 1/4 c. Cider vinegar
- 6 Tangerines, juiced
- 2 t. Salt
Preparation
Step 1
Simmer carrots in skillet with vinegar, tangerine juice and salt; until carrots are tender, about 8-10 minutes. Season with pepper and stir in 2 T. butter. Top with sliced scallions.
