Bacon Cheeseburger Roll-up

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 lb (8 oz) Velveeta, cut into 1/2" cubes
  • 1 pkg refrigerated pizza crust

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees
2. Brown ground beef with bacon and onions; drain.
3. Return to skillet and add Velveeta. Cook until melted, stirring frequently. Cool 10 minutes.
4. Unroll pizza dough onto baking sheet sprayed with Pam.
5. Press into 15x8 rectangle; top with meat mixture.
6. Roll up, starting at one of the long sides. Rearrange if necessary so roll is seam side down.
7. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
