Hot Bacon Salad Dressing

Ingredients

• 1/3 c. water
• 1/3 c. sugar
• 1/3 c. vinegar
• 1 tsp. prepared mustard
• 1 beaten egg
• 3 slices of bacon, fried crisp and grease saved

Preparation

Step 1

In sauce pan combine water, sugar, vinegar, mustard, egg and bacon grease.
Cook on medium heat until just boiling.
Cool slightly.
In bowl combine greens(spinach, Boston bib lettuce or other greens) hard cooked egg and sliced onion.
Pour dressing over and toss.
