Asparagus and Cucumber Salad

Note: This is Don's Mother's recipe. A friend of mine once called me from Texas for this recipe and told me not to tell her husband she had called long distance for a recipe.

Ingredients

• 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
• 1 lg. cucumber, cut bite size pieces
• 1 can asparagus spears, chilled
• mayonnaise to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix lettuce and cucumbers with mayonnaise, just enough to moisten. Put on serving dish. Lay asparagus spears across the top.
