Ingredients
- 3 Frozen Boneless Chicken Breasts
- 4 Sliced Red Potatoes w/ skin
- 1 Medium Onion, sliced
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper, sliced
- 1 Orange Bell Pepper, sliced
- 1 Can Cut Green Beans, drained
- 1 Can Whole Kennel Sweet Corn, drained
- 1 Can Chicken Broth
- Salt & Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together in the crock pot. Add salt & pepper to taste. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Eat it alone or with white rice.
