Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 2-1/2 lbs. Beef Cubes
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 heaping tbsp. Dried onion soup mix for each can of soup used.
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all until smooth then mix in the meat. Cook covered at 300 for 3 hours.
