Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3-4 stalks celery, diced
- 3 tbs. butter
- 2 prepared 8.5 oz packages Jiffy Cornbread, smashed in large casserole dish
- 1/2 of the amount of cornbread; white or wheat bread, cut in pieces
- 2 1/2 cups chicken or turkey stock
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 C sage, if desired
- Parsley, rosemary and thyme--2 tbs each
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion and celery in butter in small saucepan. Add to mix of bread, cornbread, chicken and turkey stock, and beaten eggs. Add spices; mix well; bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes.
