Salsa Chicken

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless chicken breast
  • 1.5 cup salsa
  • 1 pig. Onion soup mix
  • 1 can reduced fat cream of mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup fat free sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Spray bottom of slow cooker with Pam.
Place chicken in slow cooker
Sprinkle onion soup and mushrooms over chicken.
Mix salsa and mushroom soup and milk; pour over chicken
Cook on low 8 - 10 hours
Remove chicken
Add sour cream to sauce, cook on high for 5 minutes
Serve over chicken
