Crunches-Blueberry, Cherry, Apple, etc.-Monica Prevatt

Ingredients

  • 2 C Blueberries or desired fruit (1 can of pie filling)
  • 1 lrg can of crushed pineapple and juice
  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 1 box white or yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 C chopped pecans
  • 1/4 C sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Spread desired fruit pie filling on bottom of 9x13 pan.
Spread crushed pineapple over fruit layer
Layer with sugar
Layer with cake mix
Slice stick butter and layer
Layer on chopped pecans
Layer sugar over pecans

Bake at 350 for 40-45 min.
