Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups cherry and/or grape tomatoes
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, ginger, honey, and salt. Add tomatoes; toss gently to coat. Cover and chill until serving time. Makes 4 (1/2-cup) servings.
