Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Italian bread crumbs
  • dill
  • butter

Preparation

Step 1

Chop artichokes well. Mix together mayonnaise, cream cheese and Parmesan cheese.
In a pan (smaller than a 9 x 11) spread the mixture. Add some dill. Put artichokes
on top. Sprinkle the bread crumbs on top of artichokes. Slice pieces of butter and
put on top. Bake at 350 degrees for a half hour.
