Ingredients
- 1 C. Butter
- 1 C. Shortening
- 3 C. Brown Sugar
- 1 C. Sugar
- 29 oz. Can Pumpkin
- 3 t. Vanilla
- 6 C. Flour
- 1 t. Baking Soda
- 2 t. Baking Powder
- 3 t. Cinnamon
- 1/2 t. Nutmeg
- 1/2 t. Ground Cloves
- 2 t. Salt
- 3 C. Chocolate Chips
Preparation
Step 1
Mix dry ingredients in bowl with a whisk and set aside. Cream together butter, shortening and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs and beat well. Add pumpkin and dry ingredients alternately. Add chocolate chips and mix well.
Drop by rounded tablespoons onto a greased cookie sheet. BAKE 375º 8-10 min.
