Ingredients
- 2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts (toasted is better)
- 24 red globe grapes
Preparation
Step 1
In small bowl, combine cream cheese and blue cheese. Spoon into a small piping bag, or resealable bag with the corner tip cut off.
Cut a small slice off the bottom of each grape so it will stand upright. Cut off about the top 1/4" of each grape and scoop out the flesh with a melon baller.
Pipe some of the cheese mixture into each grape and then sprinkle the tops with some chopped walnuts.
Cover and chill until serving time.
