Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 2 medium onions
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tbsp beef bouillon granules
- 1/4 tsp salt & pepper
- 5 cups milk
- Baked potatoes/mash potatoes
Preparation
Step 1
In a dutch oven, cook beef and onions over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in flour, bouillon, salt and pepper. Gradually add milk, bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Serve over potatoes.
