Roasted Brussels Sprouts

  • 1 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut in half vertically
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • Coarse Salt
  • Pepper
  • Balsamic vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. In a large baking dish mix Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt and pepper well. Drizzle a moderate amount of Balsamic vinegar over them. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes, stirring once. Remove and drizzle more vinegar.
