Turkey Cutlets with Lemon & Oregano

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. turkey breast cutlets
  • 3 T flour
  • Salt & pepper
  • 3/4 t dried oregano
  • 1 T oil
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/4 C chicken broth
  • 3 T lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour, salt & pepper & oregano on plate. Coat turkey breasts on both sides. Shake off excess.
Heat oil in large skillet over med-hi heat. Add cutlets in single layer & cook 2-3 min per side. Remove turkey.
Add garlic to skillet & cook 10-12 sec. Add broth & lemon juice. Pour over turkey & serve.
