Ingredients
- 1 cup safflower oil or canola
- 1/2 cup soymilk
- 3/4 teaspoon sea salt (to taste)
- 1-1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice, fresh squeezed or apple cider
- 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except vinegar or lemon juice in blender, blending until smooth. Slowly add vinegar or lemon juice until liquid thickens. Add salt and mustard to taste.
