    cup safflower oil or canola

  • 1/2

    cup soymilk

  • 3/4

    teaspoon sea salt (to taste)

  • 1-1 1/2

    teaspoons lemon juice, fresh squeezed or apple cider

  • 1/4

    teaspoon Dijon mustard

Directions

Combine all ingredients except vinegar or lemon juice in blender, blending until smooth. Slowly add vinegar or lemon juice until liquid thickens. Add salt and mustard to taste.
