Ingredients
- 5 cups broccoli
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp grated lemon rind
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 3 tbsp. fresh parmesan
Preparation
Step 1
Steam broccoli 4 minutes until tender. Drain and place in a large bowl.
Heat a small skillet over medium heat. Add oil and garlic. Cook 2 minutes until fragrant. Add oil mixture, rind, juice, and salt to broccoli. Toss to mix.
Sprinkle mixture with cheese.
