Awesome Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Mine was real stringy & I'm thinking it might be because I used light Mozzarella cheese. But delicious nonetheless!!

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained & finely chopped
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained well
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup regular or light mayo
  • 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients until well blended. Spoon into a greased 8 x 8 casserole dish or a 9-inch pie plate. Bake 20 minutes or until well heated. Serve with Triscuits, corn chips, or fresh vegetables.
