Ingredients
- 1 pound round steak
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons white sugar
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Stir fry veggies: Diced/julienned Carrots, Broccoli, onions and/or whatever on hand
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix soy sauce, sugar, oil, garlic, and onions in a large bowl. Divide into two bowls and set aside.
2. Cut steak into strips and add to one bowl. Cover and at least 30 minutes.
3. Cook in wok or frying pan until brown, about 5 minutes. Remove from skillet.
4. Cook vegetables with the second bowl of marinade.
5. Add sesame seeds and cook for additional 2 minutes.
6. Add beef back in and stir well.
7. Serve over rice or noodles.
