Ingredients
- 3/4 lb broccoli, cut into florets
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
Preparation
Step 1
1) In 2-qt saucepan, heat 1 cup water to boiling.
2) Add broccoli, and cook about 10 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain pan.
3) Melt butter in 8-inch skillet.
4) Cook pine nuts about 5 minutes; stirring frequently until golden brown.
5) Stir pine nuts into broccoli.
