Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork tenderloin
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 2-3 Tbsp maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp diced dried onions
- 1 1/2 Tbsp garlic salt or powder
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients above. Pour over the pork tenderloin in the slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours. Enjoy
