CRESCENT PIZZA POCKETS

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni (24 slices)
  • 1 tablespoon shredded parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Heat the oven to 375 degrees. Unroll dough on cookie sheet and separate into four triangles. Press each into a 6x4 rectangle, firmly pressing perforations to seal.

Spread one tablespoon pizza sauce onto half of each rectangle within one inch of edge. Sprinkle each with 3 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese, topping with 6 slices of pepperoni. Fold dough diagonally over filling firmly pressing edges to seal. Sprinkle each triangle with 1/4 tablespoon parmesan cheese. With fork, prick top of each to allow steam to escape.

Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
