Ingredients
- 1 pork loin
- fresh garlic
- olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Put slices in the pork loin, put in pieces of garlic.
Cover with olive oil
Put directly on grill (fat side down)
Cook at 350-375 degrees for about 2 hours
Make sure it is 160-165 degrees when done.
Cover with tin foil and let sit for a half hour
to set in the juices.
