Sausage and Egg Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. mild sausage
  • 1 can crescent rolls, uncooked
  • 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1/4 t. pepper
  • 1/4 c. small cubed ham
  • 1/4 c. chopped redpepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 375
Separate the crescent roll dough and lay on ungreased pizza pan patting the dough to makea crust. Set aside. Crumble and brown the sausage in a skillet and drain. Sprinkle sausage on pizza crust evenly. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and beat with a fork making sure eggs are well blended. Pour egg mixture over sausage and bake for 30 minutes or until eggs are cooked.
