Romesco Sauce

This is a simple sauce for pasta.

Ingredients

  • 1 red bell pepper, roasted and skin removed
  • 1 garlic minced
  • 3 tbs toasted and blanched almonds, cooled
  • 1 tsp sherry vinegar
  • 3 tbs evoo
  • sea salt
  • coarse black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Puree all ingredients in a blender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
