Apple Pancake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/3 cup melted margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 apple- peeled and sliced
  • 1 tbsp. icing sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Set oven to 425F

Combine flour, milk, eggs, nutmeg, and cinnamon in a bowl.
Stir to mix but leave batter lumpy.
Melt margarine (over low heat) in a cast iron frying pan, pour batter into melted margarine. Arrange sliced apple over batter and sprinkle with icing sugar.
Bake in oven for 20 minutes.

Serve with your favorite syrup.
