Pineapple Bacon Skewers

This recipe is great for a party. Tapas' style works well. Sweet and salty bite!

Ingredients

  • 1 can pineapple chunks
  • 1 package bacon strips
  • toothpick skewers

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to broil on high. Line baking pan with aluminum foil. Drain and pat dry the pineapple chunks.
Cut bacon strips into 1/4 lengths. Wrap one cut strip around a pineapple chunk and skewer with toothpick. Place on pan about 1 inch apart. Continue until pan is full. Broil until brown and crispy, approx 3-4 mins.
