Ingredients
- 1 lb potato's peeled & quartered
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 TBSP Epicure's Herb & Garlic Dip Mix
- 2 TBSP Olive Oil
- Epicure's Sea Salt to taste
Preparation
Step 1
1. Boil potato's until tender
2. Heat milk with Herb & Garlic Dip Mix
3. Mash or whip potato's until lump free. Add milk mixture & remaining ingredients, stir until smooth.
