Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. half-cooked macaroni(such as elbow macaroni,cut ziti,or short macaroni)
- 3 T. unsalted butter
- 2 C. chicken broth
- 2 lb. *Drier's* hot dogs
- 1 C. sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
1 Preheat the oven to 350
2 Toss the half-cooked macaroni with the butter and place it in a 12x9x2 inch baking casserole. Pour the chicken broth over the macaroni,place the hot dogs on top. Bake uncovered until the hot dogs are nearly splitting apart,about 25 min. Stir in the sour cream, and bake another 5 min. then serve hot.
