No-Cook Strawberry Jam

Tastes just like spooning fresh berries onto your toast. Great as an ice cream topping too!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups crushed strawberries
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar or Splenda, granulated
  • 5 tablespoons Ball RealFruit Instant Pectin

Preparation

Step 1

1. Stir sugar and pectin in a bowl.

2. Add strawberries. Stir 3 minutes.

3. Ladle jam into clean jars to fill line. Twist on lids. Let stand until thickened, about 30 minutes. Serve immediately, refrigerate or freeze.
