Ingredients
- 4 to 6 C fresh or frozen plums, sliced
- 1 1/2 C sugar or substitute
- 1/3 C quick cooking tapioca
- 1 T cornstarch
- Dash of salt
- 1 t cinnamon
- 2 - 9 " pie shells
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all dry ingredients, then gently stir in the sliced plums. When well mixed, pour into pie shell. Dot with 1 T butter. Add top pie crust. Bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Freezes well.
