Ingredients
- 4 large baking potatoes
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2-4 tbsp. olive oil
- sea salt
Preparation
Step 1
Thoroughly wash potatoes. Slice vertically almost to the bottom of the potato, until entire potato is sliced. Fan slightly and pour butter and olive oil over each potato. Sprinkle with sea salt. Bake at 425 for 1 -1 1/4 hours until outside is crisp.
