Cucumber Subs

All the goodness without the bread. Can make with romaine lettuce leaves instead of cucumber also

Ingredients

• Cucumbers
• Deli turkey thin sliced
• green onions
• Laughing Cow Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Wash and slice length of cucumbers
Slice down middle
Fill with laughing Cow cheese, deli turkey and chopped green onions.
Cut to sizes you prefer and enjoy.
