Ingredients
- 1 14oz can of Artichoke Hearts, drained & chopped
- 1 cup light mayo
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix all ingredients until well blended
2. Bake at 350 Degrees for 20 - 25 minutes or until heated through and lightly browned
3. Sprinkle with Tomatoes and onions
