Ingredients
- 4 lb pot roast
- 1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
- 1 pkg McCormick Au Jus
- 1 stick butter
- 4-5 peppericini's from jar (in juice)
Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle dressing and au jus mixes on pot roast.
Put stick of butter in middle of pot roast.
Place peppericini's around butter.
Cook in Crock Pot on low for 7 hours.
