Turkey & Cheese Foldover

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 3/4 c. barbecue sauce
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 2 - 8 oz. pkgs. crescent rolls
  • Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat. Stir in barbecue sauce and set aside. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Unroll crescent rolls into two long rectangles on an ungreased cookie sheet. Overlap long sides; press perforations and edges to seal. Form a 15x13 inch rectangle. Spread meat mixture in a 4 inch wide strip down the center of the dough to within 1 inch of ends. Top meat with cheese slices. Fold ends over filling, overlapping edges. Pinch dough edge to seal. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
