Ingredients
- Cut up and arrange 5 C rhubarb in a 13 X9" oiled pan. Sprinkle evenly w/ 1 C sugar and 1-3 oz. pkg. raspberry jello. Top w/3 C miniature marshmallows.
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare a standard packaged white cake mix and spread evenly over marshmallows. Bake 350 for 30-35". Let stand 5" and turn upside down on platter. Serve w/whipped cream.
