Pepper Steak

Ingredients

  • 3 Lb. Stew Meat
  • Seasoned Meat Tenderizer
  • 3 T. Soy Sauce
  • Dash Garlic Powder
  • 2 Qts. Canned Tomatoes
  • 1 Lg. Can Tomato Sauce
  • 2 Onions, sliced
  • 2 Green Peppers, sliced
  • Cornstarch to thicken
  • Minute Rice

Preparation

Step 1

Sprinkle stew meat with tenderizer and then brown in Dutch oven. Add soy sauce and cook for 15 min.. Add garlic powder, tomatoes, sauce, onions and peppers. Simmer 1 hour. Thicken to desired consistency with cornstarch. Serve over rice.
