Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1 5/8 oz. Knorrs Vegetable Soup Mix (dry)
  • 1 8 oz. can water chestnuts (drained and chopped)
  • Chopped green onions
  • Crackers of choice.

Preparation

Step 1

Thaw spinach, squeeze, and discard moisture.

Combine all ingredients. Chill at least 2 hours. Best if made the night before.

Serve in hollowed out round bread.
