Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C Pumpkin
- 3/4 C Sugar
- 1/2 t Salt
- 1 1/4 t Cinnamon
- 1 t Ginger
- 1/2 t Nutmeg
- 1/2 t Powd. Cloves
- 3 Eggs, beaten
- 1 1/4 c Milk
- 1 - 6 oz PET evaporated milk
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients well. Pour into unbaked pie shell with high crimped sides. Bake at 400 deg about 50 mins.
Trim with pecan halves if desired.
