Ingredients
- Crust:
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- Filling:
- 1 can whole cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup seedless raisins
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- Crumbled topping:
- 1 cup sifted flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
Preparation
Step 1
Sift flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder into a bowl. Cut butter in finely. Beat together eggs, milk, and almond extract. Blend into flour mixture and spread evenly into a greased 10x15 jelly roll pan. Mix cranberry sauce, raisins, and coconut and spread over dough in pan. Mix topping ingredients and crumble over filling. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
