Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. ground meat
  • 1/2 to 1 C Italian-flavored bread crumbs
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 to 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped OR garlic sauce
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 or 2 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in large bowl, adding bread crumbs as needed to reach moist but mold-able consistency.

Form meatballs, large is fine. Brown in frying pan. Drain fat and add to sauce before serving.
