Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground meat
- 1/2 to 1 C Italian-flavored bread crumbs
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 to 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped OR garlic sauce
- pepper to taste
- 1 or 2 eggs

Step 1
Mix all ingredients in large bowl, adding bread crumbs as needed to reach moist but mold-able consistency.
Form meatballs, large is fine. Brown in frying pan. Drain fat and add to sauce before serving.
