Ingredients
- 2 cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 6 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 cup fat free milk
- 1/2 teaspoons salt
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F. In a small bowl, combine oats, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, brown sugar, pumpkin and milk. Pour into greased 1 quart casserole dish. Bake for 40 minutes, or until oatmeal is set.
