Broccoli Slaw

Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. vegetable
  • 1/3 c. white vinegar
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 flavor packets from Ramen noodle soup
  • Salad:
  • 1 c. slivered almond
  • 2 (3 oz.) oriental flavor Ramen noodle soup
  • 1 c. shelled sunflower seed
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 (16 oz.) package broccoli slaw

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare dressing by combing sugar, oil, vinegar, water and flavor packets, mixing well. Set aside. Toast almonds until lightly browned. Crush Ramen noodles into tiny pieces and mix with almonds and sunflower seed. Mix green onion and broccoli slaw together. To serve combine almond mixture with vegetables, drizzle with dressing and toss thoroughly.
