Ingredients
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 strips bacon, chopped
- 2 each green onions, chopped
- Kosher salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk together the mustard, vinegar, sour cream, and garlic powder.
Add bacon drippings and mix well.
Drizzle in the oil to emulsify. Should be pouring consistency.
Whisk in the chopped onions, bacon, and season with salt and pepper, to taste, if necessary.
