Mexicali Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 4-ounce can green chilies, drained, chopped
  • 2 cups (1 pound can) peeled whole tomatoes, drained, chopped
  • 1 tbs dried minced onion

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients in saucepan; cook over low heat until cheese melts. Serve hot with corn or tortilla chips.

Makes 3 cups.
