Ingredients
- Marinade:
- 3/4 cup plum sauce
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1-2 inch piece fresh ginger, freshly grated
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp. cumin
- Seasoning salt
Preparation
Step 1
Trim excess fat from ribs. Cut between the bones, separating them into individual ribs. Place ribs in a shallow pan and sprinkle with seasoning salt. In a bowl, combine all marinade ingredients and mix well. Remove at least 1/2 cup for basting. Pour remaining mixture over ribs, cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove ribs; discard used marinade. Grill over low heat or bake ribs in 350 degree oven for 60 to 90 minutes or until no longer pink, turning and basting often with additional marinade.
